I love sewing

the title says it all.  I learned to sew as a child and would stay up late to finish a garment.  I made everything from seersucker suit(bright sunflower yellow) to making a pattern from my mother’s pinstripe wrap skirt.  Sew... I wanted to have a place to share items I’ve made - mostlily children’s clothes, embroidery and quilts.

I’m passionate about children’s clothes as we have our first grand daughters on the way.  I smocked and sewed for my two sons when they were small. I feel fact both came home in a day gown I smocked for them.  I still have their smocked clothes and will pass them down when they have sons - assuming they want them. Thins was our first sons day gown. I added the pink recently since our grand daughter will wear it.  This is 26 years old!!
